Date of our visit was 1/27/25 at 1p.m. I gave the exact time and day so the employees working at that time will get the credit. And of course the Doctor. “Timing is everything. Schedule your appointment for morning or midday and you will be seen promptly. The optometrist was very pleasant and did a nice job. He explained the changes in my eyes thoroughly. Afterwards, when trying on the resultant eyeglasses, I had to insist that a change be made because of a faint shadow on letters. The person who makes the lenses agreed and I was not charged for the redo. The salespeople were friendly and patient and helped me find a newer, more modern frame that I was hesitant about, but now love. All in all my experience was a positive one and I would recommend CNO to anyone who needs eyeglasses. I can not comment on contacts because I do not wear them.“

Service was wonderful & you don't get the 'try on' frames, you get brand new ones!!. I just picked up both pairs, which cost less than one pair elsewhere & they are PERFECT. The fit is awesome.
