I am the type of person that doesn't like going out and taking care of errands, or even dealing with people in general, and eyeglasses are no different.So let me tell you that my experience at America's Best was pleasant, fast, affordable, with zero complications, upsells or pressure. I felt so amazingly cared for despite there being several customers there. First and foremost, the doctor Kris, is great! The help within the store is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and accommodating, but also NOT “pushy” with their sales approach. I recently had an issue when I placed a phone call to the store, however, that has been rectified in more ways than one. I received apologies via email and phone, as well as a follow up postal mail delivery. I’m very pleased and I will be back soon to purchase glasses!
