I walked into the store to have 3 glasses repaired. The worker took them in the back. I expected them to give me a price. No, they were done and said thank you and remember us when you need glasses. So classy, professional and nice, highly recommend this store!!
Crystal was by far amazing. I had a horrible experience at Cohens in the mall across the street. So bad I went to Sterling in need of assistance with the pair I bought at Cohens. I was willing to pay just to have someone look at it just to give an idea of how bad it was. I met Crystal and she was an absolute gem. She was a pleasure to speak with.
