Had a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed recently and honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. The crew showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and took the time to answer all my questions. They were super respectful of the house and left everything clean when they finished.
The system itself is amazing. It cools and heats the place fast, but the best part is how quiet it is. I can barely hear the indoor units, and the outdoor unit is almost silent. Easily one of the best upgrades I’ve made to the house. 5/5 stars!
Found Long Island HVAC Repair online after our previous HVAC guy couldn't finish the job, and I'm glad we did.
The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything as he went while installing the split unit in our den, which I appreciated — I wasn't left guessing what was happening or why. The work was finished in the time he estimated, no dragging it out, and when he was done he took the time to show us how to actually use the unit and the remote.
They also kept us updated on arrival time and fit us in quickly, which meant a lot given we were already stuck partway through a job somebody else had walked...read full review
