“I went for a morning appointment for labs and yearly physical for Dr. Win. The receptionist was nice and helpful. It was my first time there and the check in time was quick. Less than 15 minutes passed before I was called to be checked on. Stella was a great. I didn't even get a bruise after she took multiple vials of blood (I did full blood test). Dr. Win was very informational. She explained a lot of things to me which was really helpful since I was a new patient. I liked the patient education. The physical was fast, and reassuring. Overall the visit was fast and good. Thank you!”

“I recently used the Home Instead Forest Hills, NY office after a recent knee replacement surgery. After this type of surgery it is difficult to get around the house etc (especially in the first 1-2 weeks) and I found the care givers provided by this Home Instead Office to be extremely helpful in these early days post-procedure. All the care givers provided were very attentive and caring (I also used a few overnight shifts which can be needed) and they assisted with all the normal post-procedure requirements and also were very good at other tasks such as picking up medications etc. And the staff in the Office (including Mike) were very seamless and pleasurable to deal with. Would highly recommend.”

“We have had a wonderful experience with PSS. Our mother wanted several hours a day with a home health caregiver who could take her on adventures and provide companion care. PSS found us the amazing Lugen, who has brought joy and fun back to our mom’s life. Every day they are out and about. Lugen is highly qualified and extremely warm and caring. She looks out for my mom’s best interests and treats her like her own family member. We also work with Cora one day a week who is exceptional. The entire staff is beyond professional. They managed our request immediately and are available on a moment’s notice. I cannot recommend PSS highly enough!”
“I cannot say enough good about this company. I had to hire a 24 hour caregiver for my father when he was hospitalized. I called on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, and they had somebody in the room with him 4 hours later. All of the other companies I called didn't even answer the phone. On top of that, the office was extremely communicative, checking in with me almost daily and making sure everything was going ok. I'm so grateful for this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.”
