Home Instead Forest Hills has been phenomenal. Both Mike and Luisa have gone above and beyond in providing service to my parents over the past few years. They have been patient, responsive, attentive and sensitive to the needs of my parents, even when things were challenging. They were receptive to my input as well. Mike was willing to come to my parents' apt. to have in-person meetings with my father when needed. Financial transactions were handled smoothly. We were blessed to have some exceptional, caring and competent caregivers through Home Instead. Mike and Luisa worked very hard for us. I highly recommend them- they are a gem!
I recently used the Home Instead Forest Hills, NY office after a recent knee replacement surgery. After this type of surgery it is difficult to get around the house etc (especially in the first 1-2 weeks) and I found the care givers provided by this Home Instead Office to be extremely helpful in these early days post-procedure. All the care givers provided were very attentive and caring (I also used a few overnight shifts which can be needed) and they assisted with all the normal post-procedure requirements and also were very good at other tasks such as picking up medications etc. And the staff in the Office (including Mike) were very seamless and pleasurable to deal...read full review
Beverly and the entire team at Home Instead did an amazing job providing care for my grandfather. They went above and beyond in caring for him and truly exceeded my expectations. The caregivers were kind, compassionate and professional. Beverly went out of her way to make sure my grandfather was taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!
