We were impressed with the employees of Albany Carpet Warehouse. We were looking for a runner for our stairs and Wendy King helpfully showed us what was available. We were able to choose a remnant and received a very fair price. The other thing that impressed us was they lent us the tools to complete the job and explained how to use them. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
Albany Carpet Warehouse doesn't just provide great service to their customers. They also provide a great service to the communities they serve. Every year they donate flooring, lend tools and provide their expertise to a different local charity. This year my charity (Whiskers Animal Benevolent League) was the lucky one! Whiskers is an all-volunteer run, no-kill cat shelter. We receive no government funding and rely on donations from our community to care for homeless cats. We are incredibly grateful to Dennis and Albany Carpet Warehouse for their generous donation and for helping us create a safe, welcoming new home for the cats in our care!
