What a fantastic carpet & tile store and what a great shopping experience! We were looking for a stairway runner and were clueless about carpeting. Wendy King was simply amazing-she took the time to help us understand what we were looking at so we could decide what we wanted (not just be sold something). This experience was a year ago, and my husband and I are still impressed by her knowledge & professionalism, and the huge variety of carpet options Albany Carpet Warehouse has. We highly recommend Albany Carpet Warehouse for the BEST service and carpeting in the area-above all others.

I am so happy we learned about this excellent flooring store in Albany. Dennis's expertise and knowledge helped us choose the exact right carpet for our stairs. Dennis and his son are friendly, true professionals, and follow through on every detail. Dennis also recommended Al's Flooring for the installation. Al and Edgar were excellent, experienced and very polite. They did an excellent job! Highly recommend both Albany Carpet Warehouse and Al's Flooring!

Owner, Dennis, helped us out with a unique situation and his install crew did a GREAT JOB! Previous install, by another entity, failed due to manufacturer defect but Dennis made it right! It is very hard to find a business of this caliber now a days! Would highly recommend Albany Carpet Warehouse!!
