“When I moved into my new home in May 2023, I had Chris install a Mini-Split in my main living space, since it felt like an “Easy Bake Oven” in there due to the skylights/windows and the room didn’t have AC or sufficient air flow to cool it down. “I have used LaPans from 2008-2009, they did my original install in my new home . They did a great job with the complete install. Their price was competitive with other Companies.
There staff was outstanding through the entire purchase and install. The owner himself came and checked the job, which I thought was unusual but very satisfying!

Flash forward to 2024, I had some Air-conditioning issue so I called another company for repair, I spend over $2,000 on repair that worked for 6 months, I reached out to LaPans to price a new unit, I was happy with there response time and Price for a new unit. They were hired to install a new unit and coil inside the home, all went well and I was very satisfied with their tech, Corey who was a remarkable young man with some real talent for HVCC. Would definitely hire LaPans for any service or any problems in the future.

“Jack Hall when the others couldn't! We had 2 different companies come here & they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our heating/cooling furnace. Crisafulli brothers told us there was nothing wrong with our system & charged us $300. Left leaving us to deal with the issue & hire someone else. Tim from Jack Hall came in & had our system repaired in 10 minutes with zero tools needed. He immediately seen that our blower motor on our furnace was wired completely wrong & made the fix. “I called Yancy's on one of the hottest days of the summer when our central air failed. We received a quick call back from a technician named Rick explaining he would come at the end of the day. I knew they were most likely swamped and didn't really think much of it when it was past 6:00 PM. To my surprise I received a call back from Rick around 8:30 PM. He apologized and came right over. It was dark but he had a light and obviously the part we needed because he was done in less than an hour. What a nice surprise these days to have such great service! “Hello, my name is Ricky Wilcox. I called the company during the evenings and they came over within a hour after my call. The technician Mike was great in his evaluation of what the problem was with the furnace in my house. He explained every step that he performed and was very knowledgeable of our unit.The other guy Alex who came when the part came in...and let me say that was a very fast turn around when the part was ordered on Monday...it came on Tuesday and Alex came over over way ahead of the scheduled time to replaced the old "inducer" with a new "inducer". I have checked every day and the new inducer is working perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their furnace serviced.“

“Do yourself a favor and switch to this company. We have used them for our propane needs for several years and they have consistently been very responsive and professional. I recently had an issue that I thought might be related to a propane leak. Brain, the owner, came to my house within an hour of my call, thoroughly investigated the potential issue, talked me through what he was doing, and provided me with great education regarding propane setup. He went out of his way to investigate the problem even though he pretty quickly determined that it was not an issue with a propane leak. He actually discovered the real issue within about 10 minutes even though a heating and cooling tech from a plumbing company had spent 2 hours trying to figure it out and could not. He took the time to explain things to me, and even followed up a couple of days later to see how things were going. I can't recommend this company highly enough; this type of personal and professional care is unfortunately rare these days but can still be found at GF Heating Oil & Propane!“

“The team at Burnell's has helped out us in the past and recently did again. Our A/C unit died recently. We called Burnell's and they came out to see if they could get it working. They were able to patch it up so it ran for a few days, while they waited for a new unit to arrive for us. When the new unit came in they were right there to do the install for us during the hottest time of the summer. The installation was done with the utmost attention to detail. GREAT JOB!“
