I am writing to share my sincere appreciation and positive experience with COT and my personal trainer, Kirk, also known as King.
As a 53-year-old male who previously did not prioritize my health and fitness, I often felt fragile and vulnerable, as if the slightest breeze could knock me down. Recognizing the need to invest in my well-being, I made the decision to retain a personal trainer. However, I was determined not to join just any gym filled with hundreds of people, as I sought a more personalized and comfortable fitness environment.
Upon reaching out to Kirk at COT, I was immediately impressed during my first session. It was a one-on-one experience that made me feel at ease and precisely what I had been looking for. As I continued my sessions, I appreciated the small group settings of one or two people, where we each engaged in different workouts tailored to our individual needs. Kirk ensures that even when it's not a one-on-one, he remains attentive and committed to our personalized routines, pushing us to work hard and achieve our goals.
It has now been almost a full month since I began this journey. Kirk’s diet plan has significantly transformed my eating habits, enhancing my energy levels and overall strength. I can now easily bend down to tie my sneakers without experiencing body aches, and I no longer feel older than I am. The progress I have made in just one month has been truly motivating, and I eagerly anticipate the changes the coming year will bring.

I love this company. They renovated my kitchen and the kitchen came out fabulous. Oran gave me ideas and helped me tremendously. They worked with me as far as the price and a healthy payment plan. We are seniors, both myself and husband are retired and living on social security with a small pension. We just wanted to upgrade our kitchen. Wow, what a kitchen we have now. I recently used Queens Rug Cleaning for a large area rug that I had purchased at an antique store. I was impressed with the quality of service they provided. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning process, and they did a great job of cleaning the rug. The rug looks like new, and it smells fresh and clean. Visited Ascend Spa for a prenatal massage. I had a session with Joe. He took his time in the beginning to ask me a few questions to get to know me better. The session was nice and relaxing. The front desk staff was really friendly, offered me tea/water as soon as I walked in. I only went for massage but I saw the pamphlets in the front that showed they offer various other services including laser hair removal. The place is well maintained, bathroom was clean. I will def be returning for more. HIGHLY recommended!!
Fantastic dry cleaner. They do a great job with dry cleaning, but even more so with repairs and alterations. Have used them multiple times and every job comes back perfect!
Awesome neighborhood cleaners. They pickup and deliver for free, have your clothes ready quickly and always do a good job. Kind of wish they were open a little later, till 7pm at least one day a week but will throw that in the suggestion box. Nat has always been super helpful, responsive, and professional. 5/5 stars.

I saw Dr Richard W.Johnson in the past !!!!! Hello was very honest with me and the findings on my MRI !!!!! He told me if he did anything!!!! I would be in WORST SHAPE !!!!! DR JOHNSON recommended therapy, chiropractor, and acupuncture!!!!! Now I have a NEW MRI, WHICH WAS DONE IN 2024 AND IT LOOKS WORSE THEN THE LAST ONE IN 2019 or 2020 !!! The cobbler correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my shoes and had the tools on hand to repair them. Specifically, he had the right stretching tool to widen my shoes without damaging them. My shoes were widened correctly and shined when I picked them up a week later. The price was more than fair, it was $20, and he said corrections were free thereafter. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I recommend you come here for all of your shoe needs.
Great company. Hired them to help me with an extension on my house and not only did they deliver, they answered every question and addressed any concerns I had along the way as well. Only thing is it took a little longer than I was originally anticipating, but after speaking with them I was reassured that everything had been filed already and that they were waiting to hear back from the department of buildings.

True laser uses the best machine which is Candela that delivers result in just one session. They offer reasonable price for that machine. Way to go for my 3rd session, can’t.
Not a long wait. Everyone at the front desk knowledgeable and helpful. Vet Techs and Dr. Lara professional, listen well and are matter of fact during the examination of my cat. Advise was welcomed and appreciated so that I may maintain my cat's health and happiness. I am very thankful for all who work there.
The final resting place for my Mom, and it is beautiful! Joanne and her team were extremely professional and caring. The building hosting the Cremains of loved ones who have passed on was stately and had a welcoming and calming environment for grieving families. A little pricier than some others close by bt it is worth every dollar. Thank you!
I love this salon. I have a very hard time trusting people with my hair as I’ve had multiple bad experiences. But Margarite is magical. She is respectful of my requests, and every time she trims my hair, it flourishes and grows so healthy. I have difficult, curly hair but she knows exactly what cuts suit me and she’s restored the shine and health to my curls. I love this place.

Easy to book an appointment online. I arrived 25 minutes early and they were able to take me right away. Associates were friendly and helpful with me picking out a pair of glasses to fit just right. The exam was quick. I’m glad I visited this location (Kew Gardens) rather my usual one in Yonkers.

I have been going here for years and have an amazing experience every time. The wait is always super quick. The office has many available times for busy schedules and is super accommodating. The area is busy so defintley arrive earlier or take public transportation. Kesten is AMAZING! i recommend all my close friends and family to her. Shes super personable and so quick with her exams. She speaks to you in her personal office after every appointment for any questions you may have. HIGHLY recommend the practice in general. They make you feel super comfortable.
