Mostly enjoyable experience at the store.Attendants were courteous and knowledgeable.Making appointment was a bit clumsy.Waiting time to meet the eye doctor was way out of expectation. I had to wait long.Wish I could get my pair of glasses sooner than two weeks waiting time.

Great service from the entire team. Special shout out to Veronica and Tabitha. Veronica and Tabitha gave outstanding service, with attention to details, and expert advice. This is my 3rd year in a row coming to this location, and will definitely come back. Alberto.

I was not told at time of pick up that the glasses were not covered with a warranty, now paying out of pocket. I could have added the warranty at the time, now have to pay for the frame if it breaks. This applies to non insurance glasses. No more manufacturer warranty.
