Amazing service quality. Laney's laundry was going to charge me more for my dry cleaning and could only deliver 4 days after Joy. Jimmy looked over my dry cleaning, noting stains and material. The coat came out beautifully - thank you!

Joy S. Organic Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in the NYC metropolitan area, and probably in the State of New York. If you want absolutely the best, this is it. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and attentive, his wife is very knowledgeable and an excellent seamstress, they both are friendly and take time to hear exactly what you want, and they both have a Korean-American beauty and perfection which will be reflected in their work on your clothes.

My new go-to cleaners. Jimmy is extremely professional and hands on with all of his clients. I’ve brought designer items, weighted sheets, and work clothes that have been meticulously cleaned the best I’ve ever seen In the past. There’s also seamstress and alteration services provided if necessary. The pricing is very affordable, so do yourselves a favor and support this fantastic business!
