Before I describe my massage, I must say that Ascend has always been clean and hygienic so I knew I made a great choice in returning. Excellent measures were taken for COVID-19 mitigation. I felt safe and comfortable from start to finish. It has been almost one week since my massage with Lauren and immediately I felt muscle tension relieved and I've continued to feel the positive effects all week. I don't have difficulty sleeping, still I notice I have been sleeping more soundly and deeply. It's as if my body has been granted permission to relax. The 100 Minute Luxury massage gave me the option to combine Hot Stones and Deep Tissue with aroma therapy and a scalp massage included. The session certainly lived up to its name.
