One patient felt like family from the moment they started, noting the staff is patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Another reviewer found Jade wonderful for helping with balance problems, providing printouts to work on every day, and helping them trust they wouldn’t fall. A patient seeing James for acupuncture said he knows his stuff and helped a lot with knee pain. Another worked with Dr. Gianna Bouchard for occupational therapy regarding balance, finding her patient, helpful, and understanding, and the atmosphere of Metro was so cheerful.
