“I had previously purchased a dress online but measured my bust wrong. When the dress arrived it was too small on top and would not close at all. I contacted the company and to my dismay, they told me the dress is discontinued and that I could not order the next size up. I was distraught as I LOVED this dress. She got the dress done in time for my 30th birthday photoshoot (she was extremely busy at the time and was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for). The dress came out absolutely PERFECT. She was able to make the dress fit and was even able to give the dress a little train! I will forever recommend Nadia and all the staff (we also had the dress dry cleaned) at American Dry Cleaners. Our experience there was impeccable and we have absolutely NO complaints.“

“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.“
