“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.“

“This place is top notch. No one is better. We showed about 30 minutes before closing with a stained prom dress that my niece needed to wear the next day. They confidently said they can fix it and we didn’t need to worry. We couldn’t believe it the next day when they gave us the dress without the stain. They also didn’t charge us much.
