Very friendly staff! I brought my daughter's heavily beaded wedding gown to be cleaned and preserved and they inspected every inch of the dress right in front of me. They took the time to check for tears and loose beading and assured me that everything would be checked again during the cleaning process and repaired if needed. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to maintain their dress as an heirloom.

They SAVED THE DAY! The dress I was planning to wear for my bridal shower had a zipper that was faulty! I did not realize this until today. I called them and asked if there was anyway they could replace the zipper today and they did!! The seamstress was wonderful and they were all so understanding! I couldn't be happier and more grateful!

My jacket's slider stopped zipping up my jacket after accidently closing my car door on it. I brought it in here after being tired of working with it since it was my favorite jacket and didn't want to get rid of it.They were able to replace the slider to get the zipper working after a couple days and at a much cheaper price than going for a new jacket. They also sewed up its ripped pocket and replaced a broken button on it! The replacements they used barely looks different from the original pieces. I'd never been to a tailor but they made me glad I went to one. Truly grateful and will be sure to go again if I need a tailor's service!
