This place is top notch. No one is better. We showed about 30 minutes before closing with a stained prom dress that my niece needed to wear the next day. They confidently said they can fix it and we didn’t need to worry. We couldn’t believe it the next day when they gave us the dress without the stain. They also didn’t charge us much. What an incredible small business that supports their community. They are wonderful people who go above and beyond. I will tell everyone to use them.

I cannot thank Northgate Dry Cleaners enough for literally saving the day! My daughter’s prom dress was completely ruined by another seamstress who left a terrible stain on it. We walked into Northgate at the very last minute, right before closing time, in an absolute panic. My daughter was hysterically crying, thinking her prom was completely ruined.
The gentleman working there was incredibly compassionate. He genuinely felt so bad for my daughter and immediately took action to calm our nerves. He promised us he would get the stain out by the very next day on a rush order—and he did exactly what he said he would do!

The owner is honest and genuinely cares about the customers.
One-day pickup is very convenient, and having a tailor on site is a big plus.
I love that I can get everything done in one visit.
