Apollo Performance Chiropractic
“I can’t recommend Stephen Portee and Apollo Performance enough! As a college football player, I faced numerous challenges in my training, but Stephen was always there to guide me every step of the way. His depth of knowledge in strength and conditioning is unmatched, and he tailored my training to help me achieve my specific goals.
What truly sets Stephen apart is his coaching style. He creates an environment that feels like family, making each workout not just productive but genuinely enjoyable. I always looked forward to coming back, knowing I’d be supported and encouraged.
There’s no one else I’d trust with my health and wellbeing. If you’re looking for someone who’s not just a coach but a true partner in your fitness journey, Stephen is your guy.”
TherapyCare Physical Therapy
“I HIGHLY recommend TherapyCare. My mother was a PT, so I have fairly high standards when it comes to the amount of attention you receive and the skill of the PTs working. I can say, without a doubt, that the lead PT there, Supriya, is one of the best that I've worked with. I'm post surgical so the owner, Kart, has ensured that I'm only worked on by one PT, this being Supriya, and they take that very seriously and work as much to my schedule as possible too. Stretches and exercises all monitored and proper instruction given. Manuals are top notch, 10/10 highly recommend!”
