amazing and wonderful!! they are the best.. so kind and helpful. our family is great full for support and help we received. I would recommend to anyone.. it was hard enough we lost our mom ..but they did thier best to make the process easier for us.. thank you guys!
I’ve had the most peaceful experience when planning with Bergen Funeral Home when my mother passed away in 2021. We did the repatriation since my mother wanted to be buried in her home country. I thought it would be difficult but Bergen funeral home made the process simple. I came back this year for when another family member passed. Janine has been so helpful with the whole process. The whole staff, has been so nice and compassionate. They really care about you and your loved one. There was a man who helped my older brother and my dad with the paperwork and he had the best customer service ever. He was super nice. Juliette and Janine and the rest of the staff were amazing! I thought sending my grandmother to the Philippines for her burial would be an ordeal. The staff really took care of everything! The wake and mass were held here in the US and then they took care of my Lola’s transfer to the Philippines. Highly recommend!
