My mom passed at my home in Virginia. I called Donny in the middle of the night and he helped me navigate my mom's return to NY - he coordinated with an organization in Virginia arranging her journey home. I told Donny the plan that my mom and I discussed and he helped me execute the plan perfectly. He worked closely with the church, where a mass was held, and with the cemetery where mom was laid to rest. Everything went very well. My family and I were pleased and I am sure mom was too. I can't thank Donny and his staff at Meserole Five Towns Funeral Home enough.
Jose came to my house within 30 minutes after I called even though it was last minute. He did an excellent job cleaning my couches and got most of the stains out. He’s priced very reasonably. Highly recommend

From the very first call, they were responsive, professional, and reassuring. Val, the owner, personally got involved, and his foreman David arrived with an incredible team of true professionals. Their technician, John, was outstanding — knowledgeable, hardworking, and clearly an expert in his field.
They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. This wasn’t a small fix — it required a major excavation and a complete replacement of the water pipes connecting my home to the main waterline. A huge job.

I had a power divider go out.In the hicksville ny location.they got me right in.then proceeded to charge me 18 hours total labor to diagnose (4hrs), remove and inspect another (4hrs) of labor. I went and got my own part in Boston because it was taking so long to get a cost on parts.they then charged 10 hours to reinstall the divider and clean the housing. Weller the part place that remains the parts stated 6 to 8 hours would be normal to R&R a power divider. Now the biggest issue is the removed the rear output shaft rebuilt it and put new seal on 2 hours labor plus parts, 600 miles later that assembly came apart at highway speeds. The tech installed a bearing backwards. Paul in service has yet to call me back or answer my follow up emails!
