But we had a not so pleasant experience dealing with a sales person. Whose name starts with letter O. Is a “Project manager” “Sales Man” Our HVAC installation by Great Team. Let’s just say. After signing a contract for $20 ,000 all financed by excellent credit. During installation there were a couple of things (obvious thing) we of.course didn’t know. Because we’re not professionals. Nor did this project manager mention. That would’ve saved us $6,900. It feels like he only wanted to charge more things knowing we had good credit.<br>The team that did the installation was great. They kept things neat and clean. Respected our living space. Covered furnitures,beds , wore booties. Little things like this goes a long way. Even though I felt like someone should taken 5 minutes to demonstrate how things worked. Like new thermostat. Water trap. Safety shut off? I had to remove a panel to install the WiFi adapter on 2 module. That came with the units. Something I found out by myself and reading instructions after I saw parts off to the side. However a conversation with who I was told was the owner was relieving he sound genuinely Inverness”
