We were so impressed with Spirit Contracting and owner, Frank DelVecchio, 8 years ago when we had some major work done on the interior of our “rehab” house that we did not hesitate to call on Frank again for our next project. My husband and I are very handy but we know when it’s time to call in a professional. This time it was for a laundry/mud room that needed to be totally gutted, ceiling, walls and floor. We also needed a new closet and built in shelving in a bedroom as well as some electrical in the kitchen and dining rooms. Frank and his team are very thorough, listened carefully to our wishes and sometimes offered better solutions. A special shout out to Charlie who was here almost everyday.😊 Aside from the fine work they do, Frank insists that his crew always clean up the work area and take photos before heading home each day. We are very happy with the transformation and will be calling on Spirit for our next big project in the very near future.

Every crew that stepped foot into our home was professional , respectful , talented and went over board to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted .
