I can't say enough great things about Gary Courtier Home Improvements. From start to finish, Gary, his crew, and the office staff were professional, courteous, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to explain everything, communicated throughout the entire project, and made sure every detail was done right.

What really stood out was how much they care about their work and their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied, and it shows in the quality of their craftsmanship. Gary senior supervised a major home renovation for me in 2023. Not only was the work excellent they continue to be responsive 3 years later! When I call with a concern Patty is right on it and gets back to me immediately. Nice to know in this day and age there are still people who care and stand by their work! There is a definite family feel! Highly recommend Gary Courtier and company!

We couldn’t be happier with the backyard pavilion Gary Courtier Homes built for us. From the very beginning, Gary was incredibly meticulous and paid attention to every single detail. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and commitment to quality are evident in every aspect of the finished project.

He took the time to make sure everything was done right, never cutting corners, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The stonework, trim, lighting, and overall design came together beautifully and have completely transformed our backyard into a space we use and enjoy all the time.
