We are very grateful that 1MLS consultants left their ad at our doorsteps! As fate would have it, they left their ad in the same week that we needed to replace our roof.
We called them and Andrew answered - he was incredibly friendly and responsive, and helped us quickly set up an initial appointment. John arrived at our home in a timely manner the very next day, and reviewed the existing conditions (He was walking around with us, even though he just recently had knee surgery!)

John and his crew did an outstanding job transforming our space. They quickly corrected a floor that wasn’t up to code, replacing headers, reinforcing joists, and installing a brand new floor will being efficient and effectively communicating throughout the project. The renovation was fast, seamless, and the result is unrecognizable from what it used to be!
