I’m not going to leave a bad review nor undermine anyone and their profession for a living. This review is for DYOR and learning from our experience to make things better. But we had a not so pleasant experience dealing with a sales person. Whose name starts with letter O. Is a “Project manager” “Sales Man” Our HVAC installation by Great Team. Let’s just say. After signing a contract for $20 ,000 all financed by excellent credit. During installation there were a couple of things (obvious thing) we of.course didn’t know. Because we’re not professionals. I recently hired LI Green Team to insulate my home and I am beyond impressed with the results! They installed 14 inches of insulation in my attic, sealed all the joists, and even sealed all the HVAC ducts (the flexible ductwork running through the attic) to make sure everything is as energy efficient as possible. On top of that, they built a proper walkway to my air handler so it's safely accessible — a thoughtful touch that shows they really care about doing the job right.
