Alan stopped by the check up on my residential thermal solar water heater and then was able to pivot to fix another issue with a circulator pump.Through out the entire process, he explained how the system worked in a simple to understand way. Some providers can’t be bothered to explain or get uncomfortable with questions, but not him. He seems to subscribe to the philosophy that educated a customer is a happy customer, which is certainly case for me. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable customer service, this company is neat, professional, and has amazing attention to detail, a trait greatly needed in the solar thermal industry. Before hiring a contractor definitely call this company for a consultation.
