My husband and I had the privilege of having Scott do our home inspection last week. This man is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and information. We were with him the whole time as he went thru the house and completed his inspection. He showed us any issues or concerns, providing ideas and alternatives to fix them. He took the time to show us the good things as well. He was kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor. When we received the final report, it was very detailed and well laid out. You cannot go wrong with Scott; he is the real deal !!!!!!

Scott was great. We used him a few years back for mold inspection--he was very honest and we didn't even have to go to the expense of a mold test as he diagnosed the source of a smell that my husband and I thought was mold and we were able to resolve the problem correctly! Now that we are buying a new home, we of course called him to do the inspection and as expected, he was knowledgeable, down to earth and explained things in a way that was accessible to us layfolk. We highly recommend him.
