Scott Saso at Certinspectors was exceptional. Scott inspected a new construction home for us in Kerhonkson and he caught multiple significant issues — raising questions re siding installation that could void the manufacturer warranty, a carbon monoxide exhaust venting directly under a window, structural deck issues, and serious drainage and grading problems. He also created a very detailed punch list of cosmetics and final touches that the seller would have to address for the final walkthrough. Mike is very knowledgeable and his reports are thorough and very fairly priced. We recommend Mike when customers have a mold problem and through prior experience we have found that he provides a very comprehensive and accurate report.

Our inspection experience with Certinspectors was absolutely top notch.
