“Wanted to drop a positive review for this company. Spoke with Rick Martinez about what the issue with my chimney. His professionalism and knowledge can’t be matched. The two technicians that came to my house were extremely neat, fast, and did more than I ever expected. I am so happy because I was having water problems in my basement due to leaks coming through the mortar in my chimney. “We used Procraft to convert a mudroom to a bedroom; relocate our washer/dryer into a closet; redesign closet in adjoining room and add window to our kitchen. The work of their team was professional and clean! No one can tell that the window was not there before which was something I was initially concerned about. We appreciated all the time and thought they put in prepping the work areas and ensuring dust to other parts of the house was minimized. They were always reasonable in accommodating requested changes and additional work. Will definitely use their business again!“

“Can’t recommend DiCostanzo Home Improvements enough! Tony the owner is a honest, hard working and diligent man who pays attention to detail. He did my roof in Kings Park and we are damn glad he did, it came out amazing and was done the right way. Tony was the only roofer who explained how he needed to remove some siding and install ice shield up the outside walls and it would take some more time to get it done. Not one other roofer even mentioned they would do this, When I asked Tony he said that’s because it’s the right way and we take our time to do it right. On the last day when they were almost done (2 day job)Tony did not like the look of some flashing against my brick, it was water tight but according to Tony it was not aesthetically up to his standards. Most roofers would said screw it good enough and leave but he came back the next day and completely re-did it to make it not only look 100% but function 100%. If you need a roof, siding, gutters or windows I highly recommend going with DiCostanzo his price was moreThan fair for the quality of the work and attention to detail he brings to the job. “My wife and I decided it was time for a home renovation. We had reached out to 4-5 different Builders. Everyone one we spoke to on the phone seemed too “busy” for our business or didn’t think we were “real”. Until we meet Gary Z from Ambassador Home and Improvement. Not only did Gary come to our house a day after we called his office. He actually completed 2 houses on our block where we could see first hand how amazing him and his companies work actually is. As any couple would do, we had a few other contractors entertain us with their offers and services but didn’t feel the way we did when we met with Gary.Gary had set up an appointment for us to meet his team, we were not committed to Ambassador at this point. This appointment, in my eyes, was another way to try to close us. But Gary didn’t even talk about the project, it was more of a comfort level check and I 100% appreciated this. A project of this size, the amount of money behind it. It’s not something easy. He allowed us ask any questions and emailed us all responses, we had A LOT OF QUESTIONS, but he was able to answer it all.On December of 2021, We were down 2 contractors, Gary’s company and the other (wont mention their name). We went to see Gary, meet the team again, mostly all family, which I thought was amazing. After our 6th meeting we finally committed to using Gary and Ambassador Home and Improvement.He then introduce us to Lou T, our architect, another amazing guy in this whole process he was pretty much side by side with us the whole time CAN NOT THANK LOU T. enough for all his efforts and hard work!Doug F. our project manager, Doug was with us the whole ride. Step by step, piece by piece, tile by tile. He would constantly text us with updates or when items would arrive. He even went out of his way several times to meet delivery people at our front door if we weren’t available. Great guy, after 6 months of being in our house. We still stay in contact. “We recently used floors decors & more for our kitchen remodel. Our very outdated kitchen had to be ripped out and is now updated and specious. The replaced the cabinets, took down a wall, moved an exterior door and built a deck outside, redid the floor, added gas for the stove, painted, and updated the lighting! Jo handles everything so we don't have to worry about deliveries or who is coming when.
