I do not usually write a review, however, after my experience I had to share how wonderful things went! We just had 17 windows replaced by Tri-State! From point of sale to installation everything was excellent! Chris took the time to explain the process and how changing our windows would look! He was my point of contact from start to finish! He was professional and a true pleasure to deal with! The team that came to install were great! Upon completion, everything was cleaned up that you wouldn’t have known they were here. The windows are beautiful and functionality is perfect! Exactly what we had hoped for!

Highly recommend! We recently had affordable windows installed in our home and we instantly felt such a difference. The job was done in a day and when we had issues with the windows, the workers came to help us. We plan to use them again when we need to install more windows in the future.

I back this company 100%. I hired them to install three windows and a sliding door three years ago. During a recent severe rainstorm one of my eyebrow windows leaked. Called them, no questions asked, they came & fixed it at no cost. INCREDIBLE!
