I had Mark and his team come install a French Drain on the north side of my basement back in June of this year. With all the crazy storms, I was dealing with water in my basement due to foundation cracks or water overflowing the window wells multiple times. His team was extremely careful in prepping the area and minimizing dust as best they could. They covered everything including tarps on the floor to reduce dirt being tracked inside. I eventually tested the system (hose in a window well) and it worked perfectly.Then the heavy storms started coming from the south in the summer and the last remaining unprotected window well started filling like a pool. I had a fantastic experience with this company. I first got two estimates from other companies for $8000 dollars to fix a small leak in the basement. They wanted to break part of the foundation and the put in a new one. Mark from ACM gave me an estimate for $4000 and put in a French drain. I actually called one of the other companies and told them what was going to be done and how much it would cost and they said that Mark's idea was much better than theirs. Mark was on time and did an excellent job. Also, he let me pay in two times which was an exceptional attitude. The personal service and expertise were beyond what I expected.
