“We hired First Impressions to do extensive work based on a friend's recommendation to remodel our entire main living level. That included our a full modernization of our fireplace/mantel/new TV (the focal point of our greatroom); the kitchen - countertops, backsplash, oven, farm sink, rangehood, and a brand new updated island with a wine fridge. We also completely re did our powder room (gutted to the studs.)We absolutely enjoyed working with First Impressions. From our lead contact Frank (who answered every call or text - thank you Frank!) - to the team doing the work, they were fussy over the fit/finish, and overall quality - so we didn't have to worry. They all worked so hard - and were so friendly and focused.We made a few errors in our design (our fault), that the team rolled with - and adjusted for us as needed. We were even having trouble visualizing a new cabinet we wanted installed (in the Kitchen) - and they built for us a full sized mockup that was so incredibly helpful (and completely unexpected.)I have always been a skeptic of contractors - but I'm so happy to say this team went above and beyond - from day one - to completion. I find this sort of work stressful, and they did a terrific job making it really pleasant (and dare I say fun?)We are really happy - and appreciate the transformation that we'll enjoy for years to come.“

“I'm a little perplexed at some of the negative reviews. My wife and I first contacted Long Island Modular in February of 2022. We met with Jonathan and he immediately had us working with his engineer to modify our plans for modular construction. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the manufacturing facility. I was given a tour upon arrival and was introduced to all the key personnel. I really enjoyed meeting all of them and ended up having interaction with most of them along the way. Having a face to the voice is always a positive. I then sat down with one of the engineers and had a very productive meeting. The next time I met with his senior engineer, and I was blown away at how professional, caring and passionate he was. I visited again a few more times after that and even saw the house on the assembly line. Construction started sometime in July of 2022. The house was delivered to us in early September on the exact dates as promised. Sometimes things look good on paper but don't necessarily work in the field. Anyone who's built a house before knows this all too well. We ran into a couple of issues while setting the house and immediately a representative was sent up to help us. The representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard-working. He helped us sort out our issues and was on his way. Building a house from scratch is a lot of work and stress. Jonathan and his team were always readily available to help with any of our questions, needs or concerns. Believe me, there were many. “Wanted to drop a positive review for this company. Spoke with Rick Martinez about what the issue with my chimney. His professionalism and knowledge can’t be matched. The two technicians that came to my house were extremely neat, fast, and did more than I ever expected. I am so happy because I was having water problems in my basement due to leaks coming through the mortar in my chimney. “My husband and I hired Ambassador to install all new replacement windows a few years back and a new Bay Window from a double hung. Gary and his crew were professional from beginning to end and what impressed me was that they paid attention to important details in the workmanship; was neat and finished beautifully. We recently had a leak in the Bay Window and we called Gary and even though it’s been a few years he sent his crew to come back and assess and fix a minor issue but was big in that would resolve future water problems seeping in. To me this is super professional and he did it without charging us although we took care of his guys. This professionalism is hard to come by these days and I can’t say enough great things of the integrity and character of Gary and how he runs his business.
