Great quality, we are loving our home. As expected. Vinnie goes above and beyond to help out. Never gets annoyed of multiple questions and calls. Always available. Upgrade options are great.
What a wonderful experience building with Essex Homes of WNY.Everyone from the salesman to the project coordinator to the build manager was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and trust worthy.We built our home in Buffalo while living in Canada. Delivery time was a big deal for us, as well as the fact we cannot go visit the construction as often as we wanted to. Essex made it easy and less stressful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were kept up to date throughout the process. We were also informed of upcoming steps ahead of time.
