From the moment I called to book my appointment, I had a feeling I had found the right place. Beata, who answers the phone every time I call, is such a friendly and lovely person. She immediately made me feel welcome. She was also the one who did my shampoo and included a wonderful little scalp massage, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Staff are professional and Onur’s hands do magic! They are very accommodating, despite I reached 30min late to my appointment.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly talented.
