“I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work. Both are classy dudes and very good at their craft. Will be working with them going forward on the annual, bi annual cleanings. Highly recommended. Thank you!“

He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly.
