Trigon Academy of Martial Arts
“My son who is almost 3 did his trial class today, it was the first time he was doing a sport activity with other kids and not having me participate like i usually did when he was a baby. Everyone was so kind, patient and welcoming, my son isnt always the best at following directions (i mean hey, he's 2) but they were always patient, never yelled or made him feel bad and redirected him to the proper direction in a fun manner. The facility was very clean and i liked that they had windows all around the room so you could always see your child. We will definitely be continuing taking classes, my son had a blast and didn't want to leave. I may even look into their adult kickboxing classes.”
JIU JITSU MODERN
“JJ Modern is a great place to visit and train!! Carlos and team are always welcoming and ready for some tough training, definitely one of the best places on Long Island to train at. Highly recommend.”
