I had Patrick from Royal Carpet Care come to clean our carpets he did the den, our basement stairs, our main stairs to the bedrooms, foyer area, and three bedrooms. When I pointed out a stain that has been in our bedroom carpet for years, he was able to get it out. Patrick is great at his job and will definitely recommend to friends. We've been using Royal Carpet Care for 15 plus years. We just got our yearly carpet cleaned and as usual, we are pleased. This is a well run business. Richie , the owner, is hands-on. He's gotten to know us and our needs. He listens, phone messages are always returned, he's involved and will always find time for you. His technicians are polite and respectful of your home. They also do an excellent job on porcelain floors. Our kitchen floor is 20 years old and when the grout gets dingy we'll have it cleaned . They clean it and the floor is unbelievably restored to its original state. After all these years, we can still say we are totally satisfied with this company. Those big name, "TV commercial" companies can't compare to Royal Carpet. Thank you, Richie. Talk to you next year!

Royal Carpet cleaned my living room and bedroom carpets this week. We had a slight hiccup on scheduling but Rich made every attempt to make it up to me and came through. My carpets are looking very spiffy and will now be a Loyal Royal client. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
