I brought a large, antique wool rug to ATC. It had been stored for many years in an attic tightly wrapped in plastic and when we brought it out, it smelled FUNKY. We tried airing it out for over a week with no improvement. ATC did a great job with cleaning - it came back smelling 100% neutral and in great condition. Just as importantly, their staff was awesome and super friendly and the price was also very reasonable especially for a large rug. Definitely recommend!
i just googled a rug cleaner, it should always be like this. the woman that answered the phone was amazing, able to help n answer everything. price was very good. when i dropped my rugs i got a tour. it was very impressive. they also pick up. i would recommend them to everyone. definitely going back with all my rugs.
This was my first time using ATC and I have to say I am very impressed. I brought in my 9x12 oriental rug for deep cleaning and it came back like a new rug. Extremely professional organization. And I love the text updates I get that let me know the status of the cleaning. Thank you ATC!
