Installed A/c - works great, $4000.00 + $500.00 w/ nest. 10 year warranty included, lowered my window shaking A/C bill from $190.00 / mo to $80 / mo. It will pay for itself.Issue with my 20 y/o Furnace a few weeks ago, heat wouldn't kick on. Jeremy replaced a valve with a part he had saved in his van for just such emergencies. They came out the next day to fix. $300.00. Worked fine for 2 weeks, and then the board crapped out due to condensation in my basement grounding a switch for the blower fan.
