We did a myriad of projects with Lou including: roofing, flooring, door installation, siding, Sheetrock/ etc. Lou & his team worked under extremely tight timelines & kept me apprised of the work throughout the process (I was not able to be present for the work). “Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. Worked in the heat all day, keeping his word that the floor would be done by the weekend. He laid out stains for us to make the final decision very quickly and made it easy. He sent us pictures of the progress made each day. He is dependable, professional, friendly, down to earth guy. We knew our house was in good hands. “Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Out of all of the quotes we got he was the only one to sit down with us and explain everything. We had a portion of our house where he installed new hardwood and another portion where he refinished the existing hardwood. We had several areas of the existing hardwood that needed repair and he took the time to explain why the repairs were necessary, even after making an attempt to salvage those problem areas. Once the floor was polyurethaneed and finished you cannot Tell what areas he repaired with new boards. I had one small area where the polyurethane did not look right because it was on wood filler and Andrew came back promptly to fix it free of change. I cannot recommend him enough.“

The entire time from start to finish Sean was always in communication with me to make sure we were on the same page and things were being done exactly the way I wanted. I just wanted my wood floors sanded and refinished, but he was able to fix many problems with my floor that I did not even notice. Holes that were left from radiators, and vents from previous heating systems left eye sores in the floor that Sean took care of. Amazing.“
