When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. Doctor took his time and I felt it was thorough!! The ladies helping me with picking the glasses were charming and sweet AND helped me make a good decision and out the door. “We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
