The classes are well-structured, providing a perfect balance of discipline and fun. My child has gained so much confidence and skills since joining. The environment is welcoming and supportive, making it a great community for anyone looking to learn karate. Five stars all the way!!
FIT is my favorite place! Every single class is structured to get you to move and enjoy working out, which I love. All the instructors are helpful and so motivational. The location itself is amazing! Right off of Central Ave, it’s bright and clean when you walk in and very welcoming. I’d recommend FIT to anyone and everyone!

This studio is the perfect place to join friendly yet professional group of people whonare serious about fitness. They have many amazing classes at a variety of times that will allow younto find your perfect fit. Additionally, the studio's classes are all easily viewed and booked with their intuitive app. Finally, the instructors are really nice. Avi, especially, is a super nice dude. Best studio in the five towns - hands down!
Dr Rappaport gave me an excellent, thorough eye exam. He used superior technology and explained everything as he checked my vision.They have an abundance of beautiful frames from which to choose , and I was happy that Gary helped me pick the best ones!

Top Notch Spa name does fit, at least for the 90 deep tissue massage that I asked for ??. I've receiving massages throughout this continent and others since 2012 and this is my first time getting one in NY since I left in 2009. Yeah I'm super late but it was it worth it ??♂️. My masseuse was firm and confident in her sequence, and that how I prefer it. She communicated and assured everything is going well at the beginning part. Near the end I felt their standards is competing well with the legit sessions of the Singaporeans, thais and Emiratis that I've encountered. I'll keep TNS? in mind during my next visit for sure. i started Red Light Therapy in the Long Island location at the end of June 2024. From my first session i could already see that this is something i was going to keep up with. I walked in feeling very tense, my body was also stiff bc i was dealing with pain in my shoulders and knees, After my first session I felt so relaxed and zen and the pain diminished dramatically. . Theresa and Erica are amazing. They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. So far i’ve done 4 sessions and Ive already noticed how my skin is so smooth and things are certainly firming up on my problem areas. Also my face is looking radiant and my skin is tighter! i love this so much that my mom came with me and she signed up for a package as well!! I really love this and look forward to my sessions!

Walked in with my 8 year old son after not having a great experience with another eyeglass place. Service was extremely pleasant and Amy, who was helping us, was friendly. It did take quite some time for my son's glasses to arrive though - like, several weeks. I also later ordered a pair of replacement glasses for him and I didn't receive them until almost 3 months later - crazy. I intend to go back though since pricing is reasonable and all of my interactions have been pleasant...I just know to give myself plenty of lead time.

I've been to this nail salon a couple of times. So far they've been a lot nicer than a lot of nail places I've been to in the area. It feels crazy to have to say, but I like going somewhere where I don't feel like I'll be getting bullied just for getting a little "me time" and treating myself. They do a nice job, but I also usually just get a basic manicure/pedicure.

I called this place because the lock on my door had failed and I needed it fixed right away as I was about to leave town ....their website says "25 minutes arrival time guaranteed" no joke 23 minutes later the locksmith was at my door. The shop is near my neighborhood so I decided to hop in and give it a try. I read many of the other reviews and they don't seem very positive, but the place wasn't as bad as I expected. I thought the price was pretty fair and I didn't really notice them being mean to me when I gave a $5 tip. I also made sure to took good care of my nails so there was no infection.
