Susana was incredible in every way and I’d definitely request her again if I can. She was fast but careful with the entire treatment (24K Keratin); helpful in offering so much good advice; and so so nice, understanding, and enjoyable to talk to! I’m so happy I got her this time.

I went to Hair Bar in Soho and Ines did such a fab job on my hair. I had a keratin treatment and a blowout. My hair looks gorgeous and silky straight. Ines knows everything about keratin and how to apply it - she's a master. And her energy is light and fun! She also gave me some great after care tips and a perfect trim. I'll be back!

Susanna was able to fix Ernie the arrogant hairstylist as 46th St. location. He had an audacity charge me for the highlight because he tried three times in one setting to fix the orange and the green root touchup. He gets pissed off because I took picture. He is rude, arrogant and unprofessional in fact, for the second time, I had to change the location to the Soho because of him giving me a runaround!
The five star is for Suzana at the Soho location, but I want to take opportunity to let to share my experience
And let it to be known
if you consider 46 st location do not go to Ernie when he makes mistake, he becomes very irritated and unprofessional!
