This studio is the perfect place to join friendly yet professional group of people whonare serious about fitness. They have many amazing classes at a variety of times that will allow younto find your perfect fit. Additionally, the studio's classes are all easily viewed and booked with their intuitive app. Finally, the instructors are really nice. Avi, especially, is a super nice dude. Best studio in the five towns - hands down!

They have a large selection of dumbbells and a ton of high quality lifting plates. Hours are flexible and there are regular crew members who clean all the equipment and ensure the gym is clean which is very nice to see especially during these times.

Great atmosphere and great equipment. The owner and staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Plenty of options for whatever your workout routine requires. Very clean and organized gym.
