I trained with Ira Frank at Atlantis for over 20 years until I recently moved out of state. Ira is a consummate professional and took the time to research, design and implement a training program to address my specific goals and needs. Whenever I had an injury (from other activities of course; e.g., figure skating, bicycling, hiking), Ira would tailor my sessions to aid in recovery and based upon the program of the physical therapist. He even attended one PT session with me (above and beyond!). I credit Ira's training with allowing me to do such extreme activities as hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, the Tiger's Nest in Bhutan, the Alps, etc., well into my 50's. Knowing I get bored easily Ira worked so hard to make every session interesting - constantly adding and changing the exercises. I looked forward to each session as the highlight of my week. I was so sad to leave Ira when I moved. It took some time but I finally found a trainer in my new state who works in a similar manner (he's respectful of and receptive to what I was used to at Atlantis - the very best!). As I am getting older and encountering various common health issues, I can't emphasize how important it is to work with a professional like Ira Frank. I fractured my femur in June. I credit all those years with Ira for allowing me to recuperate quickly and climb temples and Buddha statues in southeast Asia in December! I will always be grateful to Ira Frank and Atlantis for helping me to live life to the fullest.
My experience was top notch with TrackD studios the wash with is so important was phenomenal as i got my hair washed the chair gave a great massage she offered refreshed refreshments and also had a nice ambiance the hair i purchased was amazing and the install was top tier she's so comfortable to be around and is great at what she does 10/10 experience from beginning to the end.

I had such a wonderful experience at Eyes on Broadway in Hewlett. I brought my 4-year-old daughter in for her first pair of glasses, and the staff could not have been kinder or more engaging. They made the entire process so easy and comfortable for her. They guided her toward frames that would fit her face and lenses properly, and she ended up loving the very first option they selected!

I’ve been coming here for years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing staff, Natan and his father John always give a perfect haircut they take their time, pay attention to detail, and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. You can tell they really care about their work. His mom Natalie does my eyebrows and she’s amazing too. She’s super precise and always gets them looking clean without overdoing it. The whole place has a really welcoming vibe and they treat everyone like family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a barber you can trust long term.

I planned last minute as I do everything. I don't know anything about hair but my hair came out beautifully. So I had a wedding to go to I was looking around for a salon that was open on Sunday and stumbled across them. I called on Sunday the day of the wedding and was greeted by a woman on the phone who said yes they can take me for a wash blowout and curl. I got there and was started right away. I only saw gentlemen working here no ladies, because I was wondering who the lady is that I spoke to on the phone. However I had a great experience from answering questions, and them accommodating me on such short notice. The salon is not very up to date but they have very cute long mirrors that you can look in whilst your hair is being done. I would definitely be going back if I need my blow dried and curled. The pricing is great compared to other places!
Debbie is amazing. Super super helpful. Like really got me out of a jam, helped me with pricing, worked with me, she really helped me when everyone canceled on me and everyone was screwing me over, Debbie worked with me and helped me figure something out and has been amazing through the process, especially after my constant stressing and panicking.
