“I have been coming here for 2 years to fill my toddler’s (then baby) prescription. They are very helpful on finding frames that fit his little face. I never feel like I’m being upsold anything, just given helpful advice, especially since my husband and I have never worn glasses, so we are clueless with the whole process.This past time he needed his prescription updated, I wanted to see if his old back up pair still fit. I NEED a backup pair for him, because he’s a toddler and things happen. They were really great about not wanting me to spend extra money if I didn’t have to. “I'm not too good with keeping up with regular doctor appts. but I needed an eye doc for my license renewal and went with doctor Galente. I actually really liked him, he took the time to explain his process, and answered my questions. I had lasik done in the past (with issues) and he was able to point out some of the causes of some issues I had been experiencing and was able to see the remnants of what I thought was corrected from my lasik, he cleared up a lot of my concerns within 20 minutes! I appreciate that he wasn't heavily reliant on crazy machines and took the time to personally examine my eyes.“
“My progressive, transition, scratch resistant lenses always cost over $800. At Costco I can get THREE pair for that price. Or one pair for $275. Always many helpful, knowledgeable employees at the counter, plus I have never waited more than six days for the ‘your glasses have arrived’ text.Last month I noticed I had somehow chipped one of the lenses in the glasses I purchased ten months ago. Finally went back to Costco a week ago to inquire if I could pay to replace the faulty lens. The woman helping me said no. But that they would be happy to replace it for free! And it didn’t take a week to ten days as warned; I dropped them off on Friday and got the text the following Wednesday! What a wonderful place.“
