My progressive, transition, scratch resistant lenses always cost over $800. At Costco I can get THREE pair for that price. Or one pair for $275. Always many helpful, knowledgeable employees at the counter, plus I have never waited more than six days for the ‘your glasses have arrived’ text.Last month I noticed I had somehow chipped one of the lenses in the glasses I purchased ten months ago. Finally went back to Costco a week ago to inquire if I could pay to replace the faulty lens. The woman helping me said no. But that they would be happy to replace it for free! Definitely one of the best places to go for an eye exam and eyewear! I wish I had known decades ago! Dr. Franks is awesome and thorough, and knows his stuff! Optician Kenny is truly amazing! Superb customer service!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Franks for my eye exams ever since this Oceanside Costco opened several years ago and he is a true professional. He is personable and experienced, and I learn a lot from our talks about my eye health. I truly recommend Dr. Franks to everyone.
