“Having to use an Emergency Vet is never a pleasant experience, but I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ursitti and the staff at Guardian. After reading mixed reviews, I was very nervous about coming here. However, they were the closest and if I didn’t like them I could always leave. When I walked in, I was greeted by Shayma who was extremely professional and concerned. The tech (I wish I got her name) was also very empathetic and thorough. Dr. Ursitti explained everything clearly and was compassionate. The whole team was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.As a side note, while I was there, an urgent life/death case came in. While understandably shaken, Shayma handled the situation perfectly, getting all of the necessary information from the upset & nervous owner while at the same time acknowledging the other patients who were waiting, explaining she would be with them ASAP.“

“Dr. Ajax is wonderful, caring, compassionate and up to date on all the newest research! The staff is great, Julie sent me pictures of our dog when receiving laser therapy which meant a lot to know my dog was comfortable and well cared for! our visits are affordable“
