“Having to use an Emergency Vet is never a pleasant experience, but I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ursitti and the staff at Guardian. After reading mixed reviews, I was very nervous about coming here. However, they were the closest and if I didn’t like them I could always leave. When I walked in, I was greeted by Shayma who was extremely professional and concerned. The tech (I wish I got her name) was also very empathetic and thorough. Dr. Ursitti explained everything clearly and was compassionate. The whole team was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.As a side note, while I was there, an urgent life/death case came in. While understandably shaken, Shayma handled the situation perfectly, getting all of the necessary information from the upset & nervous owner while at the same time acknowledging the other patients who were waiting, explaining she would be with them ASAP.“
