Having to use an Emergency Vet is never a pleasant experience, but I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ursitti and the staff at Guardian. After reading mixed reviews, I was very nervous about coming here. However, they were the closest and if I didn’t like them I could always leave. When I walked in, I was greeted by Shayma who was extremely professional and concerned. The tech (I wish I got her name) was also very empathetic and thorough. I brought my 2 pound chihuahua puppy in after 10pm on a Saturday night because he was sneezing and coughing and at that size things can get bad quickly. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet was wonderful with my puppy and me. Thank you!

We took our 70 lb bully here after he was attacked by another dog while out on a walk. He had several severe bites and lacerations that required immediate care and stitches. He abides the vet so can be quite difficult to handle, so much so that several vets refused to handle him in the past even after sedation. But not this team! They did a wonderful job with our boy the night of the attack as well as over our subsequent follow up visits to remove the sutures, etc. We are very grateful for the patience, compassion, and grace this team showed! Shout out to all the vets, techs, and admin personnel.
