“I’m from out of state, Georgia to be exact and my dog became I’ll with a gastric issue. It was a Saturday morning prior to New Years and the doctor was booked and working alone. Though she was busy like 2 other larger practices that turned me down, she worked me in. Yes it isn’t a fancy place like the others may be but you won’t get the service and compassion like she gives. May I also STATE, she doesn’t gouge you like the others. My jaw dropped when I saw how little the bill was, plus she gave me several samples of GI foods to give my dog. If I lived within 50 miles of Main Street veterinary clinic I would go there in a heartbeat!“

Dr. Santiago and her staff have always treated us and my ferret like family with the best care possible, and later my two french bulldogs we brought into the family. They always answered all of our questions and always got into contact with us to check up on Luna's condition after a procedure was done. I would not trust any other facility with my fur babies, West End truly cares about you and your pets.“

“We had an issue come up with the home inspection company the purchaser of our home was using identified that birds were making nests in our dryer vent. I immediately called the HOA management agent for a recommendation and she said to call Dan at Got Wildlife, saying "he is the best", her words. I reached out and Dan came out within a few days and not only cleaned out all of the residual nesting debris, but additionally installed covers over the vent allowing it to function, but keeping birds from finding their way in again.
